Reviews seem to swing from awful to excellent. Fortunately our experience of this company was excellent. When we bought it in September 2025 the salesman Paul was very good, knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful. Full marks to him. After about 1500 miles the Nordelecttronica unit fitted behind the Truma INetx unit failed and we had to phone Mollie in the Warranty section. She was brilliant ordering a new unit from Italy and sending it to us within 2 weeks. She responded to us promptly and any emails we sent got a reply within a day or two without fail. Thank you Mollie.
