Poor customer service

I have been to this dealership afew times already. I have booked their services online and have left a message for them to let me know the costs. I have had zero response! When arriving at the dealership I have had to wait for upto 10minutes to be seen at reception and when asked to wait I further 40mins to be seen to! I have of course been told the costs on services etc when seen to there. But I do find there responses and general comms very slow! I went in for a gearbox issue. Paid £210 just for them to turn around and say to me it needs a gearbox service and the previous garage should have done this! The funny thing is I purchased the car from Peterborough Mercedes who did not mention it. Got the car serviced at Leicester Merc in 2025 and no mention of Gearbox service only to be told now its well overdue a gearbox service! I have it booked in for a gearbox service next week and so far no one has told me the costs and I have even complained about the customer service and no one has got back to me! This for me is the last time I will use this dealership and possibly the last time I will buy mercedes. Poor customer service and overpriced parts and services...........Not impressed at all!!!
