Knowledgeable and honest

I was getting about 30 miles to the gallon on my 2007 1.6 petrol, I'm already getting 40 miles to the gallon from the diesel. In regard to the dealership, Paul was really good, he was getting all the dealer plates ready for the test drive, turning the cars on and getting them warm. He answered all my questions and was not afraid to tell me the pros and cons. He was knowledgeable and honest and seemed happy I was getting the car I wanted, so including Paul in the rating, I'd have to give it 5.
