On the day of the purchase, Chelsea was really good and showed a good level of customer service, which I was happy with. I did part exchange my old Ford Fiesta, and unfortunately, I am still receiving correspondence as if I'm the owner of the vehicle, and I also had to pay and request the ownership documentation for my new Ford. As well as this, when I collected the car, it was not ready, there were a few things that needed doing. In all fairness, they did get it sorted. So I'm happy with the car and the customer service.
