I purchased my first car on finance from Glyn Hopkin five years ago and recently returned to change my car. I was very clear that I wanted another Fiat 500, and I’m so glad I went back. I initially dealt with Humain when I bought my first Fiat 500, and he was just as helpful and knowledgeable this time around. However, the bulk of my recent transaction was handled by Zubair — and honestly, give this man his flowers! He truly listened to what I wanted and wasn’t working to his own agenda. He was helpful, informative, and made thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel pressured or bamboozled into a sale. There were a couple of things that needed sorting on the car, and he assured me they would be taken care of before collection. True to his word, everything was done — even a few things I hadn’t noticed myself when I first viewed the car. Overall, the team at Buckhurst Hill are lovely, polite, and friendly. A genuinely positive experience from start to finish. Thank you Zubair!
