He is an absolute asset to Wessex in terms of his customer service, knowledge and experience. Having worked in a retail environment for 28 years the level of service he delivered was exceptional, no pushy side selling just open and honest conversation about what options were available to me which was refreshing, because of this I did take him up on some.
