Unsafe Car, No Support, Cost Me Money

I bought a Skoda Octavia from Big Motoring World and within six months it developed multiple serious faults. The worst was a fuel hose tearing, allowing petrol fumes into the cabin. The fumes made me, my family, and passengers feel unwell — a clear fire and health risk. The car also suffered electrical issues and suddenly overheated, requiring recovery. Despite reporting everything properly, the dealership and Big Assist Warranties were slow, inconsistent, and unhelpful — even verbally suggesting a repair would be covered, then refusing it. I’ve paid money out of pocket for repairs, lost income due to time off dealing with breakdowns, and received little meaningful support. I’ve completely lost confidence in the safety and reliability of this vehicle. If you value your safety, time, and money — I would strongly reconsider buying here.
