Service and Communication From the moment I reported the issues, communication with the dealership was disappointing. Over the span of three months, I sent roughly 20 emails and made about as many phone calls—most of which were ignored. My attempts to get the faults resolved were met with excuses, rather than solutions or genuine support. Customer Effort Dealing with Fusion Motors proved to be both stressful and time-consuming. I spent several hours following up, and even took two days off work to deliver the vehicle to their premises. Despite these efforts, the faults remained unresolved, leaving me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a customer.
