Sold poor bike cost me thousands

Bought a ktm took it back with a ticking noise. They weren't interested apparently it was in my head. It blew up ktm fixed it 1600. Now its gone again 3500. Plus I rebuilt the brakes front and rear and fork seals went twice. I wasn't abusing it. Id only just past my test
