delivery was smooth and on time

Overall my rating is a 3.5/5 as the service from the staff and buying the car was great that would be a 4 however the car itself I would give a 3 as there was issues with the pulleys which I noticed when the car was delivered as when I started it they were squeaking. I am also having to get the AVC Pump replaced/fixed as that is what is causing the problem. Lucky the cost of this is covered. In regards to the delivery it was smooth and on time, they dropped off the car I have now and took mine away as a part exchange. The advert for the car was fairly accurate, I found all the images and aesthetics of the car to be correctly shown, I do think that the mechanical side should have had more detail in regard to any issues. However overall it has been an okay experience.
