I would give 0 stars if I could. Very disorganised company with poor communication, especially within the maintenance team. No efficiency and no clear updates. Customer service is disappointing — it feels like dealing with a bank, not a company that cares about people. You’re treated like just a number. Maybe the directors should be made aware @tuskerdirect because otherwise nothing seems to change. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend.
