Spot on

I thought the guy at Motor Planet was spot on, to be honest. On the way back from the dealership, one of the belts went, so I contacted him, and he was upfront and said, 'Can you get it to a garage, get the work done, and send me the bill, and I'll pay it?' No accusing or trying to avoid it, and for that reason, I'd give it 5 stars.
