I wasn’t planning on changing my third Ignis from Henry’s but when Ryan called me with an offer on a new Swift, it was too good to ignore. Having decided to go ahead, Mark took me through the car’s set up and purchase making it so straightforward. I appreciated that very much. Mark has really gone the extra mile - thank you, I’m delighted with my new Swift.
