Very helpful and attentive

Everything has been fine with the car and the customer service was good, the only issue was there was hidden fees in regards to a presentation fee and added on extended warranties. It did feel dampen the experience a little. However the staff themselves I couldn't fault them, very helpful and attentive. There wasn't any added extra pressure on the sale, we took it for a test drive and got long enough to make sure it was the right car for us. The reason we went to Junction 17 was because they had 2 cars almost identical so it gave us the option to assess what we wanted. Overall I would rate our experience a 4/5.
