Poor service

I purchased a car from Parks last week and the service has fallen well below expectations. I was promised a service record and fuel reimbursement, but despite several emails, I have received neither. After driving four hours to collect the vehicle, it was then delivered late, causing further inconvenience. Communication has been poor, and I’ve had to continually chase Jordan for information that should have been provided upfront. I was assured the car had a full service history and MOT, but these documents have still not been passed on. This has been a disappointing experience and I would advise others to be cautious.
