My experience at Reynold Motor Group was a 3.5-star experience. Initially, I had a few issues that I tried to resolve through the dealership, which was hit and miss. I live a good distance from the dealership and asked for a courtesy car on the day but was unable to accommodate, although the garage they used was helpful. The sales process, on the other hand, was good, there was no pressure, and I got plenty of time to look around the car.
