Extremely disappointing experience with Land Rover. I purchased a vehicle and the very same afternoon it was delivered I noticed several issues that clearly should have been addressed before handover – a chip in the windscreen, scratches inside the vehicle, and a scuffed bumper. I immediately raised this with the dealership and was assured the issues would be dealt with. I was told to go ahead and have the bumper repaired and send the invoice for reimbursement, which I did in good faith. After submitting the invoice, the dealership has now completely gone back on what they promised and are refusing to reimburse the cost. For a premium brand like Land Rover, the level of customer service and accountability has been shocking. I trusted the dealership to honour what they said, but unfortunately that trust has been misplaced. Very disappointing after spending a significant amount of money on a vehicle. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious and ensure everything is documented before accepting delivery. Sadly, this experience has completely put me off dealing with this dealership again.
