Amazing company

Incredibly professional and friendly company Harvey was absolutely fantastic. I was quite hesitant about buying a car from a garage I didn’t know, especially one located over 200 miles from my hometown. However, from the very first phone call, Harvey completely put me at ease. He even offered to pick us up from the station and explained all the additional checks they carry out, which really helped build confidence in the process. He also shared some really useful tips on how I could save money when it comes to financing my next car, which I genuinely appreciated. On top of that, he’s simply a lovely, genuine person. What stood out the most was the time he gave to me, my partner, and our daughter. We never felt rushed at all. We were able to take our time looking over the car, go for a test drive, and then complete the paperwork at our own pace. Harvey carefully talked us through everything, making sure we were comfortable and understood the whole process. Even though we’re over 200 miles away, my partner has already said he’ll be coming back to this garage for his next car. And when the time comes for me to trade mine in, I will 100% be returning to Crompton Motors.
