Lack of Proffessionism

The level of customer service I recently experienced at your dealership. During my visit, I found the staff to be unhelpful and dismissive when I asked for assistance. My questions were not addressed properly, and the overall attitude from the staff member I spoke with was unprofessional. As a customer, this left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. I believe that additional customer service training for staff would greatly improve the experience for customers and help prevent situations like this in the future. Professional communication, attentiveness, and respect are essential when dealing with customers. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your staff training procedures.
