Undisclosed Modifications

I purchased a BMW from Hilton Garage on 10 February. After taking delivery, I discovered that the vehicle appears to have an aftermarket induction kit and exhaust modifications that were not mentioned during the sale process. I first raised this with the garage by email on 18 February and was told the matter would be investigated and that they would get back to me. Since then, I have followed up several times by email (18 Feb, 23 Feb, 26 Feb, 2 Mar and 3 Mar) and have also tried calling the garage on three occasions. So far I have not received a clear response about the issue. I also left a review on Trustpilot and received a reply asking me to call them, which I did, but unfortunately the call was cut off before the matter could be discussed. At this stage I am simply looking for a response from the dealership. Ideally I would appreciate confirmation about whether any other modifications are present on the vehicle, along with an acknowledgement that the induction kit and exhaust modifications were not disclosed at the time of sale. A small goodwill gesture would also help resolve the situation. At the time of writing, the matter is still unresolved, and I hope Hilton Garage will respond so the situation can be addressed.
