The staff couldn't have been nicer

I purchased a Ford Grand C-max, I haven't driven one of these before and had always had Volvos but thought I'd try something different. Unfortunately a noise came up on the car so I took it to the garage and they ran a dianositics and couldn't find the issue. I decided to return the car and go back to a Volvo. It is unfortunate that AutoCars didn't have any Volvos on site for me to get as they were such a great company to deal with. The sales team were incredibly sweet and had no problem with me returning the Ford to them, they couldn't have been nicer. I would highly recommend this company and if they did have a Volvo available I would have purchased it from them.
