Ran through everything with me

I couldn't fault Jack one bit, he was superb with me. I went in and I didn't know what I was looking for car wise and he said go have a look around. He then sat down with me and went through, what cars are ideal, what cars I could take off the forecourt as obviously I didn't want a vehicle that had been in an crash. He went running through everything with me. He took the time to do that, we sat for almost upto two hours. My main concern has been that I have had to replace a few things on my car, such as the track rod and replacing bulbs but the car says sold as seen on my paper so not sure what to do about that. I would still rate my experience 5 honestly because of Jack, I have gone to car shops and they can be all over you, but I was just left to do my own thing, sit in cars, view cars and then ran through everything with me as they should so I can't fault them in that way at all.
