I had an excellent experience purchasing my car with Ryan. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and was always available whenever I needed clarification or support. Prior to this, I had a negative experience with Lease Hire, so I was understandably a little cautious going into the process. However, Ryan completely turned that around and made the whole experience positive and stress-free. Ryan worked very efficiently to ensure everything was completed with a quick turnaround, while still making sure every detail was handled properly. He truly went the extra mile to make the whole process smooth and straightforward. What made the experience even more special was the effort he put into the collection day. As it was my birthday, Ryan arranged for the car to be ready on the actual day and even put a “Happy Birthday” banner on the car. He also surprised me with a card and chocolates, which was a very thoughtful gesture and really showed the level of care he puts into looking after his customers. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to purchase a car. His professionalism, attention to detail and genuine customer care made the whole experience outstanding.
