Avoid this dealer

Terrible experience with this dealership. I purchased a car that developed a serious fault almost immediately. After a failed repair and repeated attempts to get the issue resolved, I had to reject the vehicle under my consumer rights. Communication throughout was extremely poor and I constantly had to chase for updates. The dealership agreed to issue a refund, but as of today the payment has still not been received despite multiple assurances that it would be processed. This situation has been incredibly frustrating and I am now taking legal action to resolve the matter. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
