Unprofessional customer service

Very poor experience with the VW service team at this franchise. I brought my vehicle in for investigation of a potential safety-related issue. After the investigation I was told it was not a warranty matter and that I ‘should be charged anyway’. Whether or not it fell under warranty isn’t the point — as a customer raising a genuine concern, I would expect professionalism and respect. Instead I received a defensive response and unprofessional tone and language. Not what I expect from VW or from a dealership representing the brand. I do not recommend this branch.
