Where do I start? I ordered a car on the 3rd, with delivery scheduled for 13/03/2026 between 1–6pm. I waited all day and by 5:45pm there was still no sign of the car and absolutely no communication from Cinch. I eventually had to contact them myself. After around 15 minutes of back and forth messaging, I was finally told that the delivery lorry had broken down. At no point during the day did anyone from the company reach out to inform me about this. To make matters worse, by the time I was told, there was no one available at Cinch until Monday morning. This left me with no car for the entire weekend and going into the following week. I had already sold my previous car, which was collected earlier that morning by the new buyer, because I trusted the agreed delivery date. As a result of this situation, I’ve now cancelled the order entirely as I no longer have any confidence in the company.
