Very disappointing experience with Marshall Audi Oxford. I purchased an Audi A3 and within the first few months the vehicle developed several faults including parking sensor errors and dashboard rattling. The car had to be returned to the dealership for inspection. I was told the issue would be resolved within 72 hours, however the vehicle was kept for around 7 days. During this time I was not provided with a courtesy car and had to rely on taxis, which cost me around £1000 in travel expenses. The dealership later informed me that the issue had been fixed and I collected the car, but shortly after the same faults appeared again. When I went to the dealership to collect my vehicle, I also experienced poor customer service. I was waiting to be assisted but other customers who arrived after me were served first, and I felt that my concerns were being ignored
