Jay has bent over backwards!

I bought a Ford Ranger from Panacea Motors, and overall it’s been alright. The vehicle itself is running fine, but there were some issues when I picked it up that should really have been done beforehand. There’s a missing cover on the roller shutter, a problem with the reverse sensor constantly buzzing, and a dent on the tailgate. That said, Jay was really helpful and did get a few things sorted for me. He’s been good to deal with and seems willing to put things right. He also gave me the option to go and get the dent sorted myself, which I did go to someone for, although he was charging £80, which I thought seemed expensive. I can't fault Jay, he's bent over backwards for me. I think it was more external companies that delayed him from getting them sorted. I would buy from them again.
