I would rate a 3 currently. This is due to a dent in drivers door on the car yet to be fixed as I wasn't happy with its repair when collecting the car. It was agreed to be fixed at a later date & confirmed this would be ok via email. I called to chase booking this in, but this hasn't happened yet. John was lovely from 333, when I purchased the car and we negotiated a good deal on this car. He was also great at chasing getting the warranty emailed through. Scott was also lovely when I collected the car, however I think the after care could be better and quicker at sorting this issue, as it's a shame to have to chase Scott by email & phone but I haven't had a reply or call back to book in. The guys are lovely, so I don't want this to come across rude at all as I do love my new car.
