My experience overall was not too bad and to be honest I’ve never heard of Cartime before as I'm quite far away from Wakefield. It happened that they had the right model of car with the right spec for me at the time. I did take it on a test drive the second time around just because when I initially went down there to give it a test drive it was locked up in prep and no one could manage to find the keys but, I did take another car with similar spec for a test drive so I knew roughly what it would have been like to drive at the time. I just wasn’t sure of there setup because it felt like the salesman wasn’t sure on some of the vehicles sometimes, as well as recently doing a deep clean on the car I found the parcel shelf didn’t seem to be fitted right but that is the only negative, other than that the customer service wasn’t too bad. In terms of actual politeness and professionalism I would say that Sam was polite and professional. 👍
