Experience resulted in court enforcement

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership which was later assessed by two independent garages, including a BMW specialist, who advised that it was not safe to drive. I requested a refund and resolution, however this was not agreed. The matter proceeded to court, where judgment was entered in my favour. Enforcement action was subsequently required. This is a factual account of my experience with this dealership.
