Great service with new Q4

I am really pleased with how everything turned out. I initially ordered the Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron with Adrianne, who was very good at explaining the finance options without being pushy. When it came to delivery, Ellie Maybank handled everything and has been excellent throughout. She was friendly, professional, and kept me well informed during the process. There has been an issue with the digital services on the vehicle, but Ellie is dealing with it efficiently and keeping me updated. Her polite and helpful approach made things much easier to manage.
