Ongoing Issue with Faulty Bike and Poor
I have had the bike for only 3 months, and this is now the third time it has had to be returned because it does not work. The last time, you kept the bike for a full month to repair it, and when I finally got it back, it only worked for 2 days before breaking down again. This is completely unacceptable. I have paid for a bike that I am barely able to use, and I am also paying insurance for something that is not even in my possession most of the time. I am literally losing money because of this situation. Additionally, your communication has been very poor. I rarely receive replies to my messages and always have to chase updates myself. This has made the whole experience even more frustrating. I would like this issue resolved urgently.
