Sold me a car with Steering issues

Bought the car in January. Noticed steering issue immediate and informed JW Autos within 3 days. Had two independent reports done both confirming steering issues. JW Autos refused to refund and I'm now having to take them to small claims court. I've been two months now with no car because I've been advised not to drive it so currently can't get anywhere.
