Having purchased a car from Choices Motor Company on February 15th 2026, I have contacted Sean 3 times by email, twice by phone and sent a letter recorded delivery. I am still waiting for him to respond. The car he sold me had a loud knocking noise, which we took to our local Mercedes dealer to investigate. On carrying out a health inspection, they deemed the car dangerous to drive, as among other issues, the sub frame only had 10% integrity due to excessive corrosion and would not allow us to drive it away. On the Choices Motor website, it states that “All of our vehicles are carefully sourced and inspected before sale.” I am also still waiting to receive the V5 log book, 7 weeks on.
