Unresolved issue following purchase

I am sharing my experience with JW Autos regarding a vehicle purchased in July 2025. Within approximately two weeks of purchase, the vehicle developed a coolant‑related issue. This was reported to the dealership in writing within the first month of ownership. Following initial advice from a garage, the dealership arranged and covered the cost of a water pump replacement. Unfortunately, this repair did not resolve the coolant issue, which continued thereafter. I contacted the dealership on multiple occasions by email and telephone to seek further assistance. While there was some early communication, I was later informed that no further assistance would be provided, and subsequent attempts to make contact were not responded to. The vehicle was later inspected by a main dealer and has since been off the road and undriveable. Additional diagnostic work and repair costs have been incurred while attempts were made to resolve the issue. Formal correspondence has been sent to the dealership seeking to resolve the matter, but the situation remains ongoing and is now being pursued through formal channels. I am leaving this review to reflect my personal experience to date. I will update it if and when the situation is resolved.
