Amazing service as always from BMW Coventry! I popped in to book my car in for a service. The reception staff were so welcoming. I was greeted, offered refreshments and had a service advisor come to me within minutes. My car was booked in within the next couple of days with a wait appointment. I was sent an online check in, arrived on the day. Everything was clear, got a CitNow video, with a health check whilst I was waiting. When it came to pay, I knew exactly what was done and had an overview of my cars condition. No hidden costs and payment made. Customer service is best in class! I felt valued, I felt important and my business felt appreciated. Highly recommended, thank you
