Poor service
I have been surprised and dismayed by the service offered when buying a new Mini recently. Firstly the delivery details were incorrect and this caused me considerable inconvenience. Then there was some mistake in the finance documents which meant I had to go in yet again to re-sign these. Finally, I have not yet received the payment for the car I traded in - a matter of some £8000 - despite three attempts to have this paid. I am sorry to see this decline in the quality of service as the last time I bought a car here (6 years ago) I was very satisfied. I found the person who dealt with my purchase abrupt and patronising this time and unless there are some staff changes I will not approach this dealership again.
