Pleasant staff at this dealership

I collected a green Volkswagen Caddy from this dealership in Feb-26 and found the staff very pleasant and accommodating. I really admired their patience in holding the vehicle for us — they kept it safe for quite a while after I paid the deposit while securing finance, with no fuss at all. On the day of collection, they also left me with the keys to inspect the vehicle on my own, which was a level of trust I really appreciated. There was a minor hiccup with taxing the vehicle online via DVLA (not the dealership's fault), but they were flexible and let me go to a nearby post office to arrange road tax without any fuss. Since then, it has been a brilliant vehicle, and it runs exactly as a VW should. Highly recommended.
