I collected a car from this dealer on 7th February. Unfortunately, the vehicle immediately developed a power steering failure. The dealer agreed to repair this at their own cost, which I appreciated. The repair process, however, took over a week and communication was quite difficult. Updates were only provided when we repeatedly contacted them, and there appeared to be internal miscommunication regarding when the vehicle was actually ready. As a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, I was told the car would be ceramic coated and supplied with some fuel. Prior to delivery, I was informed the coating had not been completed due to time constraints. The car also arrived later than the stated delivery window and with no fuel. Around 30 minutes after delivery, the car overheated and redlined, which was extremely concerning. I requested a refund. While the dealer did arrange collection and issue a refund, the amount paid did not fully match what had been agreed, which was disappointing. Overall, although the situation was eventually resolved, the experience was stressful due to the repeated faults, delays, and communication issues. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience going forward.
