A great buying experience all round. Saw the car I wanted at 3:30pm, called at 4, Clive very kindly offered to stay until I got there as I was coming from Ashford. He didn't rush me, took me out for a decent length test drive and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I met Peter briefly when we got back and I put a deposit down straight away. I got a really good feel about the people and the company and they didn’t let me down. I had to get the train to pick the car up a week later, they put it through a new MOT, kept me informed all the way through and there were no problems at all. Another member of the team, Fin, picked me up from the station and brought me back to complete paperwork, extremely professional, a credit to the team. Paperwork all done in 20 mins with no stress and I took the car away, I have had no issues with it, the paperwork/log book/tax was all sorted out and I couldn’t ask for a better service. Many thanks to the team, they could not have done more.
