Good communication from start to finish car wasn't ready with agreed collection however I was kept updated and the car was ready the next day. Apologies were made for the delay. This was ok they wanted to make sure the car was ready and good to go. The car needed something doing so your guys wanted to make sure it was ready and in good condition.
