I travelled up from London to Crewe which was a long way to come but I didn't mind as I'm quite happy with my new car. I did find the dealership very busy, it was a Saturday but there was only 2 people working, that said though they were good and I had no issues with the customer service. There is a small scratch on the car which wasn't disclosed on the advert, but the salesman I was speaking with didn't go around the bushes when I brought it up, he held his hands up and apologised and they did give me a good will gesture of a years free warranty for the car which was appreciated. Overall the whole process was straightforward and positive.
