Used Ford puma

Bought a Ford Puma in April last year 2025 ;After doing 3000 miles in it ,in a six month period .It refuses to start, the alarm keeps going off .They refuse to accept accountability.Now escalated to their head office and the motor ombudsman Edit they have now got the car in the workshop and are testing the dud battery in the boot of the car .
