Constant communication

I didn’t actually go to the dealership, as I found the car online and dealt with everything through WhatsApp. There was constant communication, which was great, and if I had any questions, they were answered straight away. They also sent pictures and videos beforehand, so I knew what to expect. When the car was delivered, it was exactly as described. We needed a spacious car, as we have a child, and it is doing exactly what we need it to do.
