This is the 2nd time I have bought from Concept Car Credit. The first time I had no issues, and it was a good experience. I received a marketing email to change cars, so I spoke to them and said I wanted to go up to £300 a month, which was agreed to, although when everything was processed, it came out at more than that, and I've since had an issue with the car that I am currently in the process of getting booked in. The dealership has advised me to get the diagnostic done and then get in contact with them. It was difficult to get through to after sales. I do like the car and was ready for an upgrade. If it was based on my previous experience, I would have been a five, but this time it would have to be a three star.
