Horrendous experience

Oakwood motor company are the worst company we’ve ever dealt with. love the car but the car we sold to them hadn’t had the details changed so five weeks after we bought our car we got a fine from the sold car for her husband parking in Scotland and we haven’t been to Scotland. I’ve been ringing and emailing them. We tried ringing them. Spoke to the manager who said he would sort it all out and ring me back but never rang me back. Don’t respond to emails absolutely disgusting. Now it seems they have blocked me. I’m disabled and currently having to fight the bailiffs over this. If the garage had rung the new owner of our old car, all of this could’ve been sorted out, but they just would not do anything at all. I would never ever recommend this car company.
