Overall I’d say it’s been a good experience. The car has been absolutely fine, to be honest. The only thing I’ve noticed is the brakes were a bit worn. I did reach out and was given an email contact, but I just haven’t had the chance to follow it up yet. The reason I ended up getting this car was after a bad experience with VW in Norwich. I bought a car there that kept going back in, around six times in about six months to a year, and they kept saying nothing was wrong with it. It would be with them for weeks at a time, and even after parts were changed, the issue came back. In the end, I just took £1,300 and walked away, losing the rest of my money. Compared to that, Junction 17 were really good. The guys there were spot on
