Just bought a Hyundai

I happen to become an owner of Hyundai recently when I exchanged my car . I wanted to know answer to two questions I was after some touch up paint and I was wanting to activate the blue link feature on the car. Hyndal was less than helpful they did not have touch up paint found this online easy enough and I had to phone Hyundai directly at which point they advised me to update the software . Hyundai Marshall said it was disabled and did not even look into the issue . My first encounter with customer services at Hyundai did not give me a good feeling for future device at this garage .
