Appalling

Bought my car 3 months ago. Fault lights appeared on the dash on the way home form picking it up. Now 3 months later , they have eventually collected the car to repair - there are significant faults - the car should have never left the garage - not fit for sale. The customer service is horrendous - no communication , no one rings back. I am furious. I will be launching a formal complaint and expect to be suitably compensated.
